2013 ADAO Asbestos Awareness Conference Event: U.S. Capitol Tours
ADAO is delighted to announce an exciting pre-conference event for patients and families, speakers, honorees, and sponsors attending the 9th Annual International Asbestos Awareness conference, “The Asbestos Crisis: New Trends in Prevention and Treatment.” On Friday, March 22, 2013, we will unite in Washington, D.C. to enjoy each other’s company and tour the U.S. Capitol. Space is very limited. Tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
For Patients and Families Registered for the Conference:
11:30 am – Leave the Marriott for the U.S. Capitol
11:45 am – Clear Capitol security
12:00 pm – Lunch
1:00 pm – Capitol tour begins
2:30 pm – Tour concludes
3:00 pm – Transportation back to the Marriott
This ADAO patient and family event is hosted by The Rahe Family, Diamond Donor, in loving memory of Bob.

For Conference Speakers, Honorees, and Sponsors:
The United States Capitol is bordered by Constitution Avenue to the north, Independence Avenue to the south, and First Streets, to the east and west. It is located at the far eastern end of the National Mall beyond the Capitol Reflecting Pool.
11:45 am – Meet inside the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center on the lower level where tours begin.
12:00 pm – Capitol tour begins
1:30 pm – Tour concludes
ADAO is not providing transportation for the Speakers, Honorees, and Sponsors Capitol Tour.
