ADAO Keep Me in Your Heart VideoWhen Warren Zevon wrote and recorded “Keep Me in Your Heart,” he knew it wouldn’t be long before mesothelioma, caused by deadly asbestos, took his last breath. Now his son, Jordan, serves as National Spokesperson for the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO), working towards the day when the world is free of this dangerous carcinogen, still lethal and legal in the U.S.

The voices  in the “Keeping Asbestos Victims in Our Hearts” ADAO video have been silenced by asbestos. We must join together to raise awareness and action to prevent asbestos-caused diseases.

Please share this “Keeping Asbestos Victims in Our Hearts” blog and video with your social networks to raise awareness and save lives. There is no safe level of exposure to asbestos. More than 107,000 people die each year from preventable asbestos-caused diseases. The only two ways to end asbestos-caused diseases are prevention and a cure.

Our special thanks to the asbestos victims’ families who shared their loved ones’ photos and to Gannon McCauley for producing the ADAO “Keeping Asbestos Victims in Our Hearts” video.

Together, change is possible.
