On June 21, 2014, Marty Turner, John Heaston II, and Jonathon Heaston III of Rushville, Indiana will race again in honor of Janelle Bedel by speeding through ten Autocross Races with her Wonder Woman logo on Marty’s car.
When Janelle became sick due to asbestos-caused mesothelioma, this was one of the many ways the entire town of Rushville supported her. The Mayor of Rushville even named June 6th as Janelle Bedel Wonder Woman Day.
The team will begin a series of eight races to raise awareness and work to end mesothelioma. Marty has designated all donations benefit the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization. If you would like to cheer Marty on and make a donation in memory of Janelle, please use ADAO PAYPAL.
