Thank you for participating in ADAO’s 12th Annual International Asbestos Awareness and Prevention Conference! Thirty speakers from six countries will come together to make this the most informational, beneficial, and productive conference yet, and we couldn’t do it without you!

CHECKLIST FOR CONFERENCE HONOREES, SPEAKERS, AND ADAO LEADERSHIP 

1. REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE  

To receive complimentary conference registration, please select “Registration Type: Speakers and Honorees” on the “Registrant Information” page and enter “2016aac“.  If you have already paid for your registration, we would be happy to issue you a refund.

2. BOOK A MARRIOTT HOTEL ROOM: Reservations are open. Limited discounted rooms available.

We have a limited number of highly discounted rooms at the conference hotel, which is the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. In order to receive the ADAO reduced room rate of $169.00 plus tax, reservations must be made by either, online or by calling 1-877-212-5752. Other methods or Marriott numbers will not guarantee the group rate!

3. EMAIL BIOGRAPHY: Deadline to submit: February 1, 2016. 

E-mail your personal bio (125 words maximum) and head-shot photo to AAC@asbestosdiseaseawareness.org for inclusion in the conference program. Please make sure head-shot pictures are professional and of acceptable quality.

4. RSVP (VIA GOOGLE FORM BELOW) FOR FRIDAY DINNER, SATURDAY LUNCH, SATURDAY DINNER, AND SUNDAY BRUNCH: Deadline to RSVP: March 22, 2016. Click here to view the schedule of conference events.

5. EMAIL CONFLICT OF INTEREST FORM: Deadline to submit: February 1, 2016.

6. EMAIL POWER POINT PRESENTATION: Deadline to submit: March 22, 2016

E-mail your PowerPoint presentations and the three major talking points of your presentation to AAC@asbestosdiseaseawareness.org.

Presentations: We will be working with each of you during the coming weeks on your PowerPoint presentation and title. Speakers, please note and abide by the allotted time for your presentation per the conference agenda. Honorees, please abide by the 2 minutes allotted for your acceptance speech.
