Judiciary hearing CANVAWednesday, February 3, 2016, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing titled “The Need for Transparency in the Asbestos Trusts” at 10:00 am ET regarding the Furthering Asbestos Claim Transparency (FACT) Act of 2015.

Since 2012, this will be the sixth time the Furthering Asbestos Claim Transparency Act (FACT) Act that has been introduced.

Although the ADAO Dream Team had meetings scheduled prior to this unexpected hearing, Senate leadership and ADAO are excited to announce that we will be in DC and attending this important hearing.
