After weeks of scheduling, the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO) is pleased to announce our first ever social action march– The March for Asbestos Victims’ Remembrance and Justice on April 5, 2019 in Washington, D.C.

ADAO is honored to start our highly anticipated 15th Annual International Asbestos Awareness and Prevention Conference in remembrance of the countless Warriors affected by asbestos. During our 2-mile walk from the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to Capitol Hill, all march participants are welcomed to hold either a photograph of their loved ones affected by asbestos or a white flower.

The following days will consist of numerous speakers from different backgrounds -doctors, advocates, nurses, politicians and more- from across the world. You won’t want to miss out on these exciting events, so mark your calendars today!

Special thanks to Jessica Mattmuller on once again creating a beautiful graphic and being a key member of the ADAO community!

We look forward to our social action march and peacefully demanding that the Environmental Protection Agency finally ban asbestos without any loopholes or exemptions, and to save the lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Together, we are making change happen.
