Uniting with Canadians, ADAO joins the Candlelight Vigil for Victims of Asbestos and Walk for Victims of Asbestos in Sarnia, Canada Sept. 30 and Oct. 1

Who:               Sarnia, Ontario, Canada with the support of the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO)

What: Please join ADAO President and Co-Founder Linda Reinstein with His Worship Mike Bradley, Mayor of Sarnia, and Alec Farquhar, Managing Director of the Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers (OHCOW). This collaborative North America event will feature a Candlelight Vigil the evening of September 30 to honor loved ones lost to asbestos and a Walk for Victims on October 1 to raise funds for organizations working to provide important health and support resources for asbestos victims and their families. The walk and vigil are free and open to the public.

Those who have lost a loved one to asbestos, or have a loved one currently fighting asbestos related disease, are asked to bring a copy of a picture of the victim that can be pinned to a memorial at the walk.
