ADAO is excited to announce that Barbara Minty McQueen has generously donated an autographed copy of her book Steve McQueen: The Last Mile…Revisited. Proceeds from the book sale will support ADAO’s education, advocacy, and community support efforts.
Steve McQueen: The Last Mile…Revisited details Barbara’s life with her famous husband Steve McQueen until mesothelioma tragically claimed his life in 1980. The book includes hundreds of stunning photographs taken by Barbara in the late 1970’s, which highlight Steve’s life away from the spotlight and Barbara’s career as one of the highest paid and most photographed models of her time. The book also features stories behind hundreds of the candid photos, as well as a section about ADAO.
