Thank you for participating in ADAO’s 11th Annual International Asbestos Awareness Conference! Thirty speakers from ten countries will come together to make this the most information, beneficial, and productive conference yet, and we couldn’t do it without you!

For your convenience, below is a checklist for speakers, honorees, and ADAO leadership.

CHECKLIST FOR CONFERENCE HONOREES, SPEAKERS, AND ADAO LEADERSHIP 

1. REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE  

Registration will open on January 20, 2015. Deadline ASAP. 

To receive complimentary conference registration, please select “Registration Type: Speakers and Honorees” on the “Registrant Information” page enter 2015aac  If you have already paid for your registration, we would be happy to issue you a refund.

2. BOOK HOTEL ROOM 

Reservations will open on January 20, 2015. Limited discounted rooms available. 

We have a limited number of highly discounted rooms at the conference hotel, which is the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA. In order to receive the reduced ADAO group rate of $134.00 plus taxes, reservations must be made by either, online or by calling 1-877-212-5752. Other methods or Marriott numbers will not guarantee the group rate!

2. SEND BIOGRAPHY

Deadline February 1, 2015. 

E-mail your personal bio (125 words maximum) and photo to AAC@asbestosdiseaseawareness.org for inclusion in the conference program. For ideas, please view our 2014 conference program. Biographies start on page 5.

4. SEND POWER POINT PRESENTATION AND TALKING POINTS

Deadline April 1, 2015.

E-mail your PowerPoint presentations and the three major talking points of your presentation to AAC@asbestosdiseaseawareness.org.

Presentations: We will be working with each of you during the coming weeks on your Power point presentation and title. Speakers, please note and abide by the allotted time for your presentation per the conference agenda. Honorees, please abide by the 2 minutes allotted for your acceptance speech.

Talking Points: Send 2 facts that succinctly describe your main points that you want included in ADAO’s conference executive summary to be published in the program and online.

5. RSVP FOR FRIDAY DINNER, SATURDAY LUNCH, SATURDAY DINNER, AND SUNDAY BRUNCH.
