The 13th International Mesothelioma Interest Group (iMig) Conference will be held May 1–4, 2016 at the International Conference Centre in Birmingham, UK.
Every two years, the iMig conference brings together experts dedicated to treating and curing mesothelioma, featuring groundbreaking workshops, presentations and discussions, and strengthening collaborative efforts making this conference the largest international gathering of clinicians and scientists in the field of mesothelioma. Last conference, iMig brought together nearly 300 scientists, clinicians, and patient advocates from around the world with nearly 350 platform and poster presentations.
On May 1st, Dr. Julian Peto from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Dr, David Egilman from Brown University will discuss and debate about “How Much Cancer Does Chrysotile Cause?” For ADAO there is no debate, all forms of asbestos are a carcinogen and their is no safe level of exposure. I look forward to being your eyes and ears during this session.
I look forward to exhibiting the important facts about asbestos exposure at this exciting event.
Please visit the conference website at www.iMig2016.org for further information.
Together, we make change happen.
