I’m honored to announce that I’ll be presenting at Unite For Sight’s 22nd annual Global Health & Innovation Conference (GHIC), live and in-person this year, on April 26-27, 2025, in North Haven, Connecticut.
After several years of virtual gatherings, we are excited to return to an in-person format for this significant event. Hosted at Slate Upper School, a sustainably built space surrounded by a breathtaking 40-acre nature conservancy, GHIC 2025 promises to be a powerful reunion of global changemakers.
Our Panel: “Where We Are Now in Global Health”
Saturday, April 26 | 11:00 – 11:55 AM (ET)
I’ll be joining a dynamic group of leaders for a bold discussion about the current state of global health — where we are, how far we’ve come, and what challenges remain ahead. Our panel includes:
- Ned Breslin – Author and WASH Specialist, Global Support & Development
- James Clarke, MD – Ophthalmologist & Medical Director, Crystal Eye Clinic (Ghana); Unite For Sight Ghana Medical Director
- Laura Herman – Partner, Dalberg
- Linda Reinstein – President/CEO and Co-Founder, Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO)
- Speaker TBA
Together, we’ll explore the intersection of policy, public health, and equity—drawing from diverse experiences and offering actionable ideas to drive sustainable change.
About GHIC: Bold Ideas. Real Impact.
The Global Health & Innovation Conference is the world’s leading forum for new ideas and responsible global engagement. With 100+ speakers, in-depth panels, and interactive workshops, GHIC unites professionals, students, advocates, and practitioners who are curious, courageous, and committed to making a difference.
This is not your typical conference. GHIC encourages meaningful, unscripted conversations across disciplines that spark collaboration and innovation. I’m proud to be part of the event that not only inspires but also empowers participants to take action.
Join the Conference Live in ’25!
If you are involved in global health, policy, the arts, or advocacy, GHIC is a place where your voice and ideas truly matter. If you haven’t registered yet, I encourage you to do so. This year’s in-person format offers invaluable opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together.
Let’s move beyond rhetoric into action, purpose, and impact. I look forward to seeing many of you there!
In Unity,
Linda
