The U.S. Senate has unanimously passed the 21st National Asbestos Awareness Week Resolution (April 1–7, 2026), led by Jeff Merkley and Steve Daines, with support from Dick Durbin, Ed Markey, Alex Padilla, and Cory Booker. This bipartisan action reinforces the urgent need to prevent asbestos exposure and protect public health.
As we launch the 22nd Global Asbestos Awareness Week (#2026GAAW), ADAO is sharing seven days of content that elevates voices, advances prevention, and supports policy action.
