ADAO is Presenting at the Southland Technology Conference: “Leveraging Social Media for Success and Social Good”

At the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO), social media is a powerful tool that we utilize daily to unite advocates from all over the world and promote social good. We are excited to continue the conversation on how other like-minded businesses and organizations can implement similar social media messaging and branding tactics to increase public awareness and grow their social ventures at the Technology of Transformation 2015 Southland Technology Conference on Friday, October 23 in Long Beach, California.

During my presentation entitled, “Leveraging Social Media for Success and Social Good,” attendees will learn through our ADAO experience about the importance of comprehensive social media platforms, how to reach and inspire a diverse audiences, build community, and best practices for enhancing personal voice while remaining  and authentic. These topics will give technology professionals insights and tools to become “influencers” as they leverage social media to build a strong personal and professional reputation while simultaneously advocating for increased social consciousness and meaningful change.
