I am excited to share that I will be presenting again at Unite For Sight’s Virtual 20th annual Global Health & Innovation Conference (#GHIC) on April 28th at 10:00 am ET. As a part of the “Action Beyond Rhetoric” panel, I am honored to participate in this exceptional event, one that brings together participants from diverse geographic locations for two days of in-depth conversations, plenary panels, and interactive workshops.
This unique conference format encourages idea exchange across disciplines through in-depth conversations instead of lectures, memorized talks, or PowerPoints. The current working schedule offers a glimpse into the exciting event, which features over 100 speakers sharing their expertise and perspectives on various topics.
The “Action Beyond Rhetoric” panel will delve into ways to go beyond “talking the talk.” In this panel, we are sharing what it means to “walk the walk” and what practical tools are used in taking real action in the field of global health and innovation. I am excited to engage in thought-provoking conversations with my esteemed co-panelists, including Tricia Bolender, Cal Bruns, Firdaus Kharas (who has done numerous projects with ADAO), and Gary Oppenheimer. With their wealth of knowledge and experience, I am sure to learn a great deal from their unique perspectives.
