ADAO NEEDS YOUR HELP ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY!

This is the time to take action.

info 2 If you’ve lost a loved one, are suffering, or know anyone who has been irreversibly affected by an asbestos caused disease – now is your chance to affect real chance and take a huge leap toward banning asbestos in the United Sates! It is your responsibility and your right to fight to protect your right to health and safety for yourself and your loved ones – even if you have never called before, NOW IS THE TIME.

It’s taken nearly forty years to reform. This is a bill for today and our future. Join ADAO in supporting the real TSCA reform in Boxer-Markey S. 725  “The Alan Reinstein and Trevor Schaefer Toxic Chemical Protection Act.”

Here’s what you can do:

1) CALL your Senator on Monday 3/16 and Tuesday 3/17.

2) Ask them to say NO to Toxic Chemicals and YES to the Boxer-Markey “Alan Reinstein and Trevor Schaefer Toxic Chemical Protection Act” S. 725

I’m calling to ask that Senator XX oppose
Frank R Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act and support Boxer-Markey “Alan Reinstein and Trevor Schaefer Toxic Chemical Protection Act” S. 725. TheAsbestos Disease Awareness Organization is joined by hundreds of health, safety, and environmental groups in supporting S. 725.

This Act will:

– protect Americans from harmful toxins

– provide stronger safety standards, and

– pave a path for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to ban asbestos.
