2011 has brought much with it for ADAO and so much has been accomplished in so little time here and abroad.  ADAO is pleased to post a summary 2011 Year in Review of what we’ve worked on over the year.  While we are proud of our education, advocacy, and community efforts, our successes over the year have been almost entirely attributable to our generous 2011 Sponsors, our tireless volunteers, our everyday and expert supporters, and the courageous victims of asbestos-related diseases and their families.  Without your financial, intellectual, and emotional support, ADAO would not be where it is today.  Thank you for being part of our 2011!

ADAO wishes each and every one of you a wonderful New Year!  With each new year comes new adventures and new challenges, the miracle of new life and the tragedy of those lost, and – of course – the accompanying emotions of hope, fear, joy, and heartbreak.  We at ADAO are familiar with the hard times.  Just this year, we lost our friends Rachel, RobbieRonny, Julie, and Anita, just to name a few.  Despite the sadness this brings, we urge you to especially reflect and focus on, cherish, and be thankful for the good times.  That, after all, is what life is all about.

From our homes to yours, happy New Year and wishing you and yours a happy, healthy, blessed New Year!

Linda
