In honor of the longstanding Mesothelioma Warrior Candle Lighting Tradition started by Mesothelioma Warrior Jill Vaughn, we will light candles tomorrow, on Monday, December 28, 2021 in loving memory of the Warriors we’ve lost, and again on Monday, January 4, 2022 in support of Warriors who continue to bravely fight.
Since Jill started this tradition in 2000, candle lighting has brought hope and inspiration to our community, year after year. Jill asked ADAO to help with the tradition in 2009, and it is our honor to continue Jill’s wish.
May the flames of hope, courage, and community continue to burn brightly in our hearts forever.
