A Message From Jordan Zevon: Honoring My Dad, Warren Zevon — Please Support ADAO
When most people hear the name Warren Zevon, they think of the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter whose fearless lyrics and honesty reshaped rock and roll. This year, his induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame reminded the world of his extraordinary legacy, but to me, he will always simply be my dad.
In 2003, our family was devastated when he
That loss is why I joined the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO). As their National Spokesperson, I meet families whose stories mirror our own. Every asbestos-related death is preventable, and every life saved depends on the work ADAO does every day.
Even in his final months, my dad faced mesothelioma with remarkable clarity. He poured his heart into The Wind, leaving us one last gift. His music lives on, but the pain of losing him so soon never fades.
As we close out the year, I hope you will join me in making one last gift of your own and supporting ADAO. Your year-end gift strengthens prevention, supports families, and pushes for the ban our nation still urgently needs.
Join me in supporting ADAO by using this link today. ADAO will personally add your name to my father’s memorial page.
Together, we can ensure that no other families experience a loss like this.
Thank you for standing with me, honoring my dad’s legacy, and helping protect others.
With gratitude,
Jordan Zevon, National Spokesperson, ADAO
