Congratulations to AFeVA and the community of Casale Monferrato!  Today, the city’s council decided to deny the proposed 18 million Euro settlement deal from the accused Eternit executives.  View the February 3 Official Announcement from the Municipality of Casale Monferrato.  This represents the city’s determination to see justice through for its victims and residents.   As a representative of the voices of asbestos victims, ADAO has had the great pleasure of meeting many of the individuals and organizations involved in this landmark case and is thrilled to support this momentous decision!
