Raise Your Voice #ENDMeso CANVA (4)

ADAO is proud to unveil our new RAISE YOUR VOICE || #ENDMeso Campaign for Mesothelioma Awareness Day on September 26th.

Beginning September 1, every day please post your messages, tell your story, and share these 12 RAISE YOUR VOICE || #ENDMeso graphics throughout your social networks. With each post, share, or retweet – you are raising asbestos and mesothelioma awareness.

Through our storytelling, we continue to educate people about asbestos to save lives and shape policy.  This month, we feature 12 RAISE YOUR VOICE || #ENDMeso graphics designed by ADAO Volunteer, Jessica Mattmuller.

“Me·so·the·li·o·ma” is not just a word in a television ad or an advertisement on a city bus. An estimated 3,000 Americans die each year from preventable mesothelioma and imports continue to cross our borders.  It’s important to know that an estimated 10,000 Americans also die from lung, gastrointestinal, laryngeal, and ovarian cancers, as well as non-malignant lung and respiratory diseases.

Nearly everyone I’ve met during the past 11 years were like the Reinstein family, as we couldn’t pronounce it and soon found out mesothelioma, an asbestos caused cancer, was incurable.

ADAO is especially grateful to Mesothelioma Warriors listed below for using their voice for the RAISE YOUR VOICE || #ENDMeso Mesothelioma Awareness Campaign.

Please download and share our community graphic or share the individual graphics from our Mesothelioma Awareness Day Facebook album.  You can also share the updated Top 10 Asbestos Facts during the month of September.  It’s time RAISE OUR VOICES!

Together, we are making change happen.
