Colorado Man Sentenced for Hiring Homeless Man to Remove Asbestos

Thomas K. Tienda from Pueblo, CO hired homeless handymen to demolish his house and remove asbestos-containing materials. Tienda was sentenced to four years in prison. Previously, Tienda was convicted of eight felonies, mostly related to the airborne release of asbestos. Posted on August 17, 2013
