On one extraordinary evening. Join Me in L.A.: The Songs of Warren Zevon at the United Theater was everything music should be: soulful, fearless, and alive with purpose.

ADAO extends heartfelt thanks to The Wild Honey Foundation and The Zevon Family, whose vision and generosity made this tribute possible; to the remarkable artists, including Jackson Browne, Dwight Yoakam, Shooter Jennings, Susan Cowsill, Jorge Calderón, and so many others, who poured their hearts into every note; to the auction winners and ticket holders whose support fuels our mission to prevent asbestos exposure and protect public health; and to everyone who keeps Warren’s music and message alive.

A special thanks to Jordan Zevon, ADAO National Spokesperson, whose performance opened the night with power and grace. His connection to his father’s work, and to our shared cause, is both personal and profound. Read Jordan’s 2015 story “My Hero, the World’s Hero”  about his father, Warren.

As Forbes wrote, the three-hour, 31-song concert was “also an emotional night; by the end, even those wry grins had melted into joyful tears.” The evening ended in joyful tears, a testament to music’s ability to heal, inspire, and drive change.

From all of us at the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO), thank you for standing with us. Together, we honor Warren’s legacy and continue the fight for prevention, accountability, and a safer world.

Keep us in your heart for a while. 💙
