U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California Hearing Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization et al v. Wheeler et al on April 15, 2021

On Thursday, April 15, at 10:30 am PT, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California will hold a Status Conference in Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization et al v. Wheeler et al. Judge Chen ordered EPA on December 22, 2020, to amend its CDR rule to require additional reporting on asbestos. At the conference, Counsel will report on discussions among the parties on efforts to settle the terms of compliance with the Court’s order. Bob Sussman, ADAO Counsel, will be representing ADAO and the American Public Health Association (APHA), Center for Environmental Health (CEH), Environmental Health Strategies Center (EHSC), Environmental Working Group (EWG), and Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families.
