The Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO), an organization dedicated to serving as the voice of asbestos victims, today praised the passage of Senator Patty Murray (D-WA)’s Ban Asbestos in America Act of 2007 by the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. The bill was unanimously voted out of Committee and will now move to the Senate floor.
ADAO Leadership Testifies Before U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works as Part of Expert Panel on Effects of Asbestos
The Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO), an organization dedicated to serving as the voice of asbestos victims, announced that the organization’s leadership will testify today before the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) as part of an expert panel during a hearing entitled: “An Examination of the Health Effects of Asbestos and Methods of Mitigating Such Impacts”.
